2025 Winners

Burger Nelson Tasman 2025 showcased the creativity, flavour, and passion of hospitality venues across the region. With locals and visitors eating their way around Nelson Tasman throughout the campaign, the competition was fierce and the standard incredibly high.

After weeks of burger appreciation and strong community support, three burgers rose to the top.

Buldak Fried Chicken Noodle Burger
The Smoking Barrel

Taking out first place, The Smoking Barrel delivered a bold and unforgettable burger with their Buldak Fried Chicken Noodle Burger. Packed with flavour and creativity, this burger quickly became a must-try and ultimately claimed the title of Burger Nelson Tasman Champion for 2025.

The River Chicken Burger
River Kitchen

Coming in a very close second, River Kitchen impressed burger lovers with The River Chicken Burger. A well-executed crowd favourite, this entry stood out for its balance, flavour, and consistency throughout the campaign.

The Spicy Clucker Burger
Sprig + Fern Marsden

Rounding out the top three, Sprig + Fern Marsden earned third place with their Spicy Clucker Burger. A punchy, flavour-forward creation that proved popular with those who like a little heat in their burger experience.
